You can still sign up to take on the Peninsula Century Fall Challenge bike ride on Sept. 16.
On-site registration will be available Friday, Sept. 15 from 4-7 pm at Waterfront Park in Sister Bay, and again Saturday morning from 6-9 am.
The ride features four routes to fit the abilities of all riders. Choose the flat and fast 25-mile ride, or take on some hills in the 50, 62 or 100-mile distances. All routes start and finish at Waterfront Park, where riders will enjoy a post-ride meal from Thyme catering and a free beer from One Barrel Brewing Company.
The routes take more than 700 cyclists through the beautiful back roads of Door County, where riders will be supported with fully stocked aid stations with specialty food items, beverages and volunteers working to raise money for local nonprofits.
