Fall Challenge Registration Opens March 1!

Hello riders! It’s time to start making your summer riding plans, and we hope our Door County rides are on your list! The Spring Classic returns June 18, and registration for the Fall Challenge opens March 1st!

The ride will finish once again on the Green Bay shore at Sister Bay’s Waterfront Park Saturday, Sept. 17, 2016. We’re already working on making our famous post-ride buffet even better for 2016, including specialties from village restaurants like Al Johnson’s, Door County Ice Cream Factory, Bier Zot, Grasse’s Grill and more!

Fall Challenge 2016 MDAnd of course, you’ll be enjoying Door County Brewing Co. beer and Tapuat Kombucha drinks with us as well. Details on the food menu and live music will be released soon.

If you’ve done the ride before, you know all about the beautiful scenery you’ll be seeing and well-stocked aid stations. If you haven’t, be prepared for a gorgous ride with your choice of 25, 50, 62, or 100-mile distances.

After hearing feedback from riders the last couple of years, we’ll be toning down the climbs on the 25 and 50 mile routes to make them a little easier this year. Our century ride, however, will remain a challenging ride for those who’ve put in their miles all summer.

If you make your plans early, you’ll save $15 off onsite registration by taking advantage of early bird pricing through May 31!

The Polka King of the Hills challenge will also return, awarded to the top climbers in the ride. The competition is sponsored by Door County Brewing Co. Winners receive a sweet Polka King of the Hills jersey!

We hope to see you again in September!
